At concept, we have created ‘The Factory 380’. Located just above Gramercy, a multi-functional space that is capable of hosting any style event. Designed to make you feel like you are in vintage New York, while inside a Miami-style bar, in the centre of Manhattan in the 1980s, our rooms evoke the era in every detail. The vibrant velvet colors, the bar ready for sipping a frosty cocktail, an exciting food program and a projector as a backdrop for watching old westerns & sporting events. We haven't missed a beat for you to experience!

Throughout the space, you'll notice dashes of Andy Warhol's famous art studio 'The Factory'. A popular option is Edie's speakeasy, named after Edie Sedgwick, an aspiring actress and model who frequented Andy Warhol's 'The Factory'.

Our Private Speakeasy ‘Edie’s’ and the ‘Lips Room’ can be combined by way of two large wooden doors hidden into the brick wall to create one complete space which is perfect for those larger events. Combined, both rooms would be equipped with two private bars facilitating a capacity of 150 approx.
